He went on to win the Husqvarna World Vintage Motocross Championships in the 500cc class in 2000 and won a few Over the Hill Gang Motocross Nationals as well in the late 1990's. His love of two wheels also got him started racing bicycles as well, and, in 2002, he was top American in the Media World Cycling Championships in Zolder, Belgium. He has raced Bicycles in Belgium and Italy, too. For work, Mitch has been a still photographer for Motorcycle and Cycling magazine for the past 20 years and he has worked in the Film Industry doing Transportation since the mid 1980's.
